Every time I find myself following http://www.bitkeeper.org/install.html#_building_from_source, I forget to do BK_CONFIG= before make -kj6 tests, leading to dishearteningly many failures. Once I remember to do that, I just get importcvs failing with “Get rid of cvsadmin in /etc/group”, which I’m happy to ignore. Perhaps the test harness should do this but it’d be easily solved by a small addition to the page in question.
OK. I pushed a fix for this to bk://bkbits.net/bk/dev.
I am putting together the accumulated fixes from the last 6 months and will be making a new open-source release before too long.
