  1. How can I learn using BitKeeper if I don’t know anything about version control?
  2. What are the differences of BitKeeper CE and BitKeeper EE?

If you know nothing about version control I’m not sure we have enough documentation to make you happy.
There is a test drive at https://www.bitkeeper.com/testdrive that has proven to be enough to people up
and running, I’d try that.

The community edition tends to be less stable but have more stuff, the enterprise edition is one that you can install and forget about, it has less features but just works.
